Return & Refund Policy – Redragon Bangladesh
For online purchases, customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product through our hotline.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original, intact packaging.
- No seal can be broken and the product must remain unopened.
- The reason for return must be valid and meet our acceptance conditions (listed below).
Valid Reasons for Return
- Wrong product delivered
- Faulty or defective product delivered
- Product delivered with missing parts
- Incorrect information or misleading content on the website

❌ Conditions Where Return/Replacement Does NOT Apply
Return or replacement will not be accepted under the following situations:
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or improper installation
- Incidental or accidental damage not related to manufacturing defects
- Consumable items that have already been used or installed
- Product with tampered, removed, or missing serial/UPC numbers
- Damages not covered under official manufacturer warranty
- Any product returned without full original packaging, manuals, accessories, box, or branding
- If the delivered package looks incorrect, customers must not open the box. Once opened or used, the product becomes non-returnable.
- If the courier delivers a broken or damaged outer package, customers are requested NOT to accept the delivery. Accepting a damaged package makes the customer solely liable, and no complaint will be accepted afterward.
N.B: Replacement is subject to the availability of the same product at Redragon Bangladesh.
When Will I Receive a Refund, Repair, or Exchange?
You are eligible for a refund or exchange if the product:
- Has a manufacturing defect you were not aware of
- Does not match the description or sample shown
- Does not perform as advertised
- Fails to function for a reasonable period considering its price
Additionally, refunds or exchanges may be offered at our discretion, depending on the reason and condition of the returned item. Each request is handled individually and with flexibility.
Refund Methods
Refunds are usually issued via the same payment method used during purchase.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Exchange
- Store credit
Refund processing typically takes 10-30 working days.
Online order refunds may require additional processing time.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases where the delivered product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
