Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with us at Computer Solutions Inc. If you are not satisfied with your product purchase at our online store, and you wish to return it, we’re here to help you.

We will always provide a replacement, refund, or repaired product for you under warranty conditions. We may also provide a refund in other situations, at our discretion, where you request to return a product.

Return

  • In the case of online order, after receiving the Product than customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service.
  • The Product is in its original packaging (intact) and no seal is broken (unopened)
  • The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check on below)


  1.  Delivery of the wrong item
  2. Delivery of faulty Product
  3. Delivery of products with missing parts
  4. Incorrect content on the website

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivere.
  • After receiving the online order product from the delivery man, if the box looks like it is not the product you ordered, then please do not open or damage the box if you open the box and use the product and destroy the box, the product will not be returnable.
  • If customers found broken or packet-damaged products then we are requesting not to receive the product from the courier service. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she has to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won't be acceptable.



N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Redragon Bagnladesh / Seven Tech.

Under what circumstances will I receive to a refund, repair or exchange?

Where goods you purchase:

  • have a fault you did not know about when you bought it.
  • are not as advertised or do not match the sample.
  • does not do the job you were led to believe they would.
  • does not last a reasonable amount of time, given the price you paid.


In addition to these circumstances, we may also provide a refund or exchange at our discretion when you make a reasonable request for us to do so. We are flexible in this regard and will look at each request on a case by case basis.


Refund methods

  • In most cases we will refund in the same way you paid. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement item, partial refund, exchange or store credit.
  • With specific reasoning, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 3 to 10 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.


Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item;
  • Shipping costs are non-­refundable;
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
